Aftermetoo partnered with the Centre for Research and Education on Violence Against Women and Children (CREVAWC) at Western University on the creation of several asynchronous online micro learning modules for employers and employees.

Employee Training

This training was developed especially for federally regulated workplaces, but will be relevant for all employees regardless of where they work.

There are four micro-learning modules that will take 15-30 minutes to complete. They are short and easy to follow, and will help anyone to have a better understanding of sexual harassment and their rights under the law.

Upon completion, the person who took the training will receive an email certificate certifying that they took it.
