Ending Violence Association of BC (EVA BC) – Be More Than a Bystander

Enlists members of the BC Lions to create public awareness and urge the public to Break the Silence on Violence Against Women. Presentations made at no charge to BC high school students, Indigenous communities, resource industry workplaces, and a variety of other communities and organizations. The program also provides train-the-trainer sessions on request as a fee-for-service option. Offered in partnership with the BC Lions. Founding partners are Status of Women Canada, the BC Ministry of Children and Family Development, and Encana Corporation.
