Sara has a personal commitment to gender equality, the empowerment of women and girls, and the rights of 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals. She’s a past chair of the nonprofit Women in Communications and Technology, has led programming for immigrants and refugees, and has participated in numerous mentorship programs, where she’s coached and supported women in leadership. Sara is a brand strategist and sales leader with Bell Media, with over 15 years of experience in television, radio, digital, and outdoor advertising. Sara lives in Winnipeg with her husband and two young children.
