If you’ve been sexually harassed at work — or something happened that felt wrong and you’re not sure what to call it — this is where you can get confidential, professional support. That might include counselling, career coaching, legal advice, or help covering the cost of things that make recovery easier.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you call. You can call anytime.
Your call will be answered by a qualified counsellor — a registered mental-health professional, not a call-centre worker. They’ll ask questions to understand your situation and help you decide what kind of support makes sense for you.
What to expect when you call
The conversation can take a little time. The counsellor may ask how you’ve been feeling, whether you’re in crisis, and what kind of support would be most useful right now.
You don’t need to have clear answers — the counsellor will help you think through your options and figure out what fits.
Together, you can talk about options like:
- Counselling – to work through what happened and develop strategies for moving forward
- Career coaching – to plan your next steps at work or prepare for a new role
- Legal advice – to understand your options and rights
- Continuing with someone you already work with – if you already have a counsellor, coach, or lawyer you trust, we can often cover their fees going forward
- Other covered supports – practical things that make life or work easier while you’re dealing with the effects, like a short skills course, temporary help at home, or an app that helps you stay organized or feel safer.
What this program is
